LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

Lawn Care Program:

Weekly Turf Mowing: To maintain a healthy lawn, we cut on a weekly basis with blades which are routinely sharpened. Included in the estimate for lawn maintenance is the cost for mowing, trimming, edging and the removal of debris from drives or sidewalks.
Spring Clean-Up: Initial visit at the start of each season is needed to remove and dispose of all debris which has accumulated on the lawn and bed areas.
Final Fall Clean-Up: A final visit at the end of the season is needed to remove and dispose of debris which has accumulated on lawns and bed areas (such as leaves, paper, etc.). This is generally performed beginning in late October and is completed by November 30th.

General Maintenance and Plant Care Program:

Selective Pruning and Trimming: Shrubs and hedges should be trimmed twice per season, as determined by growth and type, to continue their intended form. Ornamental trees (less than 12 feet tall) should be selectively pruned to their intended form. Large, natural trees and extensive thinning/shearing by hand are not included in this service.
Seasonal Refresher Mulching: This includes delivery and installation of new mulch to cover and refresh existing mulched beds.
Bed Maintenance: This includes weeding, raking and cleaning of existing bed areas. This service can be performed monthly or bi-weekly.
